Bending technology using modern CNC press brakes allows almost any bend. Our machinery includes modern CNC presses with a 6-axis bumper system. This system allows you to perform not only simple bending with precision but also complicated angular bends.
Laser cutting
Laser cutting technology enables precise processing of numerous materials including structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Our machinery resources include a modern, 6,000W laser, allowing precise cutting of basic materials with thicknesses listed in the table below.

CAD design
Modern CAD programs allow us to quickly design and edit parts as well as entire assemblies. In our company, we use two CAD environments which allows us to make products based on the provided documentation practically regardless of the format. Thanks to the knowledge of seasoned design engineers, we can support our clients in optimizing their products in terms of quality, assembly, and manufacture.
Measurement using a coordinate measuring arm
The “Romer Absolute Arm” coordinate measuring arm, combined with modern PCDMIS software, offers unlimited measurement capabilities, providing a fast and precise tool for verifying the correctness of manufactured parts. This device guarantees that all dimensions of the manufactured parts comply with the expectations of the final recipient. We do not limit the use of the measuring arm solely to our own production. We also provide measurement services for external clients. Experienced metrologists can perform professional measurements of complex parts at both our company’s premises as well as yours.
Precision assembly
Our company specializes in providing clients with complex assemblies containing in-house built elements and commercial elements. In the assembly process, we use techniques such as gluing, riveting, screwing, and welding. Many products are covered with anti-condensation and sealing insulation. For assembly, we use components and raw materials from proven suppliers, whom we have screened applying tools implemented along with the ISO9001 standard. Each supplier is carefully monitored and verified, which gives us a guarantee that we obtain raw materials and components that meet the set standards every time.
